The Bioalchemy Method

Your body isn’t a collection of parts.
Your care shouldn’t be either.

Bioalchemy looks beyond the site of pain. We assess how your nervous system, fascia, joints, movement patterns, and physiology interact—then build a plan around you.

“The goal isn’t temporary relief. It’s creating more capacity, adaptability, and confidence in your body.”

One body.
Multiple entry points.

01

Manual Osteopathy

Hands-on care to improve mobility, reduce tension, and help your body move with less restriction.

02

Applied Neurofascial Integration

Sensory input, positional release, and fascial work through a nervous-system-informed lens.

Start where you are. Each service can stand alone or become part of an integrated plan as your needs evolve.

03

Functional Movement

Strength, coordination, and movement options that transfer into sport, work, and everyday life.

04

Holistic Nutrition

Individualized physiology support for energy, recovery, digestion, and long-term health.

My work sits at the intersection of manual therapy, applied neuroscience, movement, and physiology. I created Bioalchemy to give people something I felt was missing: care that connects the dots.

Whether you want to move without pain, return to sport, or understand why your body keeps getting stuck, we’ll start with curiosity—and build from there.
